                                        area (i.e. regions and its corresponding locations) across which the organization
                                        functions.

                            The branches of
                                        the company across the functional area, their transaction currency and inventory
                                        stores under these branches. 
 
                                - 
                            Personnel, designations
                                        and controls the login of each user to the server. 
 
                                - 
                          Customers of the
                                        company and provides an option to group them as various customer groups. 
 
                                - 
                            Components, products and product price list for a fiscal
                                term.
